Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

Free standard delivery applies automatically to orders with a subtotal over £100 (after discounts and excluding shipping costs).
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions or seasonal demand.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders to the Channel Islands may be subject to local import duties or taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
